Return Policy for Purchases

Members may return any item purchased on the Card Surge Website for a full refund up to 30 days after the purchase date subject to the following conditions for free:

A.) The item must still be in new condition and cannot have been used.

B.) The item cannot be damaged or diminished in any way.

C.) The item must have been purchased on the Card Surge Website.

D.) The Member must submit the Return Request Form within 30 days.

E.) Card Surge will provide the Member with a free return shipping label.

Discount Gift Cards, Discount eGift Cards, Merchant Direct Gift Cards, Prepaid Debit Cards, Crypto Gift Cards, and Crypto Vouchers cannot be returned, however, they are covered by the Money Back Gurantee Program listed below.

Members may receive a product replacement, full refund, or partial refund up to 1 year (365 days) after the purchase date subject to the following conditions:

A.) Discount Plastic Gift Cards, Discount eGift Cards, Crypto eGift Cards, Crypto Vouchers, Prepaid Debit Cards, Physical Products, and Merchant Direct Gift Cards are covered under the Money Back Guarantee Program.

F.) Card Surge may choose the method of the refund including store credit, full refund, partial refund, or product replacement.

G.) The Member may be responsible for return shipping costs when filing a claim under the Money Back Guarantee Program.

H.) The Money Back Guarantee is non-transferrable and can only be used by the Member who purchased the item.
